Shipping & returns

Drop 001 is a preorder. Pieces ship from California in the order the orders came in. You will get an email with tracking the day yours goes out. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order we will email you a new date and you can take it or a full refund, your choice. You can also cancel a preorder any time before it ships for a full refund: email [email protected] with your order number.

Once your piece is ready it ships from California. Standard shipping is $8 (5 to 8 business days) and free on orders of $150 or more. Express is $22 (2 to 3 business days). We ship within the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address outside the US.

Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for another size while stock lasts. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item. Refunds land within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the piece.

Privacy

We collect what we need to ship your order and nothing else: your name, email, phone, and shipping address. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you join the list, we keep your email to tell you about drops, and every email has an unsubscribe link. If you also give us your phone number and tick the text box, we keep it to text you drops and early access, and nothing else; we never share or sell it.

A few services handle that data for us, each under its own privacy policy: Stripe (payment and checkout), Supabase (our order and mailing-list database), Resend (sending our emails), Vercel (hosting and visit counts), and Google Fonts (typefaces, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads). We do not sell your data. We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API so that if you came from an Instagram or Facebook ad we can tell Meta it worked. Meta receives the page you visited, what you added or bought, and, for a purchase, a hashed (unreadable) form of your email so it can match the sale to the ad. Meta's own policy governs what it does with that; you can opt out of ads personalisation in your Instagram or Facebook settings, and you can email us to ask that we stop.

If you start a checkout, type your email, and leave, we send you one email with a link back to your bag, and never a second one. Reply to it with the word stop and we will not write again.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, and we count site actions (viewed the hoodie, added it, opened the bag, pressed checkout, signed up) as plain tallies with no name, id, or address attached. We also note where a visit came from (the link you tapped, or the site that sent you) so we know which posts are worth making. Those counts are cookieless and do not identify you; the Meta pixel above is the exception. To see, correct, or delete what we hold, email [email protected]. This site does not change its behaviour in response to Do Not Track signals. The Meta pixel is the one third party that can see activity here, as described above.

If you are in California, you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete it, and we will never treat you differently for asking. Email [email protected] and we answer within 45 days.

Cookies

Texts

If you give us your number and tick the box, NOMAD sends recurring automated marketing texts: drop alerts, early access and the odd update, up to 6 a month. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We keep your number only to text you and never share or sell it.

Referrals

Every order comes with a personal friend code worth $10 off a friend’s first NOMAD order. When a friend uses it on a paid order, we email you a one-time $10 code for your next piece. Friend codes work for new customers only, cannot be combined with another code at checkout, have no cash value, and can be retired if they are posted to coupon sites or abused. Up to 10 friends per code.

Community photos

When you send us a photo on the Tagged page, you confirm you took it or have permission from whoever did, that everyone in it is okay with it being shared, and that you are 13 or older (with a parent or guardian's okay if you are under 18). You give NOMAD a free, non-exclusive permission to show it on nomaddabrand.com and on NOMAD's Instagram, credited to the handle you give us, and to crop or resize it to fit. You still own your photo. We review every photo before anything goes up and we may choose not to use it. Email [email protected] any time and we take it down from the site within 7 days and from our Instagram within 7 days. We keep your email only to tell you when your photo is featured.

Terms

By ordering you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. We can cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it, and we will tell you why. There is no limit on how many pieces you can order. All designs, marks, and photography on this site belong to NOMAD and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
